Job description Project description You will be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance and solutions for work completion. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance and solutions. (2.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions and reviews. (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) Being self-organized, focused on developing on time and quality software Responsibilities Automation Strategy & LeadershipDefine and lead the automation roadmap, tools selection, and framework design across development and QA. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers and developers. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to align automation with project goals. Framework Design & Implementation Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and regression testing. Implement automation in CI/CD pipelines to support shift-left testing practices. Ensure reusability, scalability, and maintainability of automation assets across projects. Quality Engineering & Test Execution Oversee test planning, test automation design, and execution for complex applications. Drive the adoption of test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) where applicable. Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and performance. Tools, Technologies & Integration Use industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, RestAssured, etc. Integrate automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. Ensure secure, efficient data handling and reporting using TestRail, Allure, or other reporting tools. Skills Must have Required Skills & Experience: 13+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 5+ years in a lead role. Expertise in automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git). Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
