Assistant Manager Treasury & Banking operations

Job description Role Name - Assistant Manager Treasury Role Summary -This role will be a member of Treasury Team and will manage Cash & Investments operation activities for EnerGrid & group entities. Reporting Manager - Head Project Finance Other Work Relations - Across all finance and non-finance functions Role Grade -M4 Base location - Mumbai Role Position - Assistant Manager Treasury & Banking operations Roles Key Responsibilities 1. Preparing Daily Cash flows of EnerGrid & group companies 2. Initiating fund transfers & execute upstreaming & down streaming of funds. 3. Facilitate payments (Vendor, GST,TDS, Salary, Interest payments, statutory payments etc..) & liaising with various team to timely execution of payments. 4. Prepare and execute BG and LC issuance documentation 5. Executing Investments & Disinvestments in Mutual Funds, Fixed deposits within the cut off time. 6. Entry of investments transactions in ERP or any other platform 7. Assist in DD issuance & facililate business 8. Preparing & circulating monthly MIS 9. Liasoning with Internal and External auditors during audit and resolution of queries 10. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders like Bankers, MF AMC , etc 11. Ensure full compliance with FEMA, RBI, policies and procedures with controls 12. Ensure continuous improvement of treasury processes to deliver efficiencies, accuracies, and timeliness, implement industry best practices and support any new business requirements 13. Ensure timely covenant reporting and compliances for the existing banking and other debt covenants including interest payment and repayment of principal compliances as per the existing banking & debt arrangements annual renewals, interest resets, amendments, asset reviews within timelines 14.
