Job description Job Title: Civil Execution Engineer - Deputy / Assistant / Manager - Thane (High-Rise Residential) Location: Thane site Experience Required: 10+ Years Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / 10 + 2 + Diploma in Civil Industry Preference: Real Estate Developer (Must have handled full project life cycle) We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer Execution with a proven track record of delivering high-rise residential towers (minimum G+35 floors). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in RCC works, shuttering systems, and full project lifecycle management for real estate developers. Responsibilities : Execute RCC with Mivan, Kumkang, Peri, Doka, CW ACS, etc. Lead formwork, reinforcement, and concreting Manage blockwork, plastering, tiling, gypsum, painting Coordinate concrete from plant to site Handle Doka platform & Safepro net jumping Supervise waterproofing (toilets, terraces, tanks) Execute excavation, piling, micropile, guniting Manage full project lifecycle to handover Liaise with planning, QA/QC, safety, vendors Key Requirements 12+ yrs in high-rise (G+35+) residential projects Expert in RCC & modern formwork systems Strong team & contractor handling Knowledge of structural norms & BOQ Good coordination & reporting skills Real estate developer background only Role: Civil Engineer Industry Type: Real Estate (Co-working) Department: Construction & Site Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Construction Engineering Education UG: Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills High Rise BuildingExecutionRCCFinishing High Rise
