Job description Job Title: Content Writer Salesforce Clouds & B2B IT/E-commerce (2-3 Years Experience) Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing Cloud, etc.), B2B IT services, and e-commerce. You will develop compelling content that informs, engages, and converts our target audience across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Research, write, and edit high-quality content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, web pages, email campaigns, social media posts) focused on Salesforce Clouds and related B2B IT/e-commerce topics. - Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging language for diverse audiences, including decision-makers and technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing, and sales teams to align content with business objectives and campaigns. - Conduct SEO keyword research and optimize content for search engines. - Stay up to date with industry trends, Salesforce product updates, and best practices in B2B IT and e-commerce. - Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across all channels. - Support the creation of content assets for lead generation, nurturing, and customer education. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-3 years proven experience as a content writer in the B2B IT services sector, with a strong focus on Salesforce Clouds and e-commerce. - Demonstrated portfolio of published content related to Salesforce, cloud services, or enterprise IT/e-commerce. - Ability to write for various formats and audiences, balancing technical accuracy with engaging storytelling. - Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies. - Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills. - Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Salesforce products, terminology, and ecosystem is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and customer journey mapping. - Experience using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. - Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
