Customer Support Associate (Email Support) - JBS Station (Secunderabad) Job Location: Nanakramguda & JBS Station (Secunderabad) CTC: 2-3 LPA Interview Location: KFin Technologies Limited Selenium Tower B, Plot Nos. 31 & 32 Financial District Nanakramguda Hyderabad - 500032 Job Description: Answer inbound / outbound calls & respond to the customer emails Manage and resolve customer complaints Identify and escalate issues to supervisors Provide product and service information to customers Research required information using available resources Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls Follow up customer calls where necessary Job Specification: 1. Candidate must have good command/proficiency in English & Hindi (Both) 2. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 3.
