Site Supervisor

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Oversee construction site activities to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. Manage labor force, monitor their performance, and maintain discipline on the site. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of construction site administration, labour control, labour management, site execution, site monitoring, site operations, site supervision, and site management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
