Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.- Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).- Strong understanding of database management principles and practices.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases.- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures for Oracle databases.- Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
