Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA DB Administration, SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP BTP Administration- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and system landscape- Experience in SAP system installation, upgrades, and performance tuning- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 16 years full time education is required.
