Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of the organization by delivering high-quality support and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and services.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Familiarity with system integration and API management.- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Connect.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
