Must have skills :Test Management Good to have skills :NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :15 years full time education Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as owning and debugging and issue fixing for LabVIEW and TestStand , hosting DDM (Design Data Management) environment for end users. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Extensive experience in TestStand and LabVIEW- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TestStand and LabVIEW, Test Management(JIRA server, Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory and build scripts).Problem solving and debugging on LabVIEW and TestStand-migrated Jira projects for users between different instances and versions- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.- Ability to analyze and interpret test results effectively.-Ability to do LabVIEW DDM configurations and resource backups, maintaining updated documentation.- Familiarity with defect tracking and management systems. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Test Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
