You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and meeting the needs of the business. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Ensure the efficient design, development, and deployment of applications.- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.- Implement best practices for application security and performance.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin (WLS).- Strong understanding of server administration and configuration.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Knowledge of application deployment and maintenance processes.- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin (WLS).- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
