Production Support Engineer II - Cloud & Middleware

Job description What Youll Contribute Manage the operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices, Help identify continuous process and procedural improvements. Drive incidents to resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks. Assist management with assigned projects. Assist in incident and investigation resolution. What Were Seeking Ambitious and self-driven individual with proven experience working platform, SaaS, and component solutions. Entry level knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). 4+ years of experience with web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, OpenAM), and Outsystems is a plus. Working knowledge of relational database systems MySQL, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, Oracle 11 and Oracle RAC. Working knowledge of LDAP design, implementation, and networking. Exposure to administering multi-platform operating system environments (Windows and LINUX). Familiarity with ITIL standards and technologies (ServiceNow). Scripting/programming experience in Puppet, Powershell, PERL, .NET, Python or UNIX Shell a plus.
