Senior Officer - Planning

Job description Replenishment of goods Maintain a healthy inventory stock at depots with proper safety stock (Buffer norm) working with the help of TOC concept. Coordinate with the mother warehouse for timely vehicle planning and dispatches of goods to required destination. Oversee right product are delivered at the right location in a timely manner. Validate plan inventory for additional sales requirement other than buffer norm (Safety stock). Internal External Coordination Coordination with key stakeholders -Work closely with Sales and warehouse team. Coordinate with the various sales vertical teams to understand the product performance for better inventory management. Inventory Management Responsible for health of inventory at Depots. Formulate effective inventory allocation plans based on sales requirement. System Process Optimization of systems with the help of IT team. Assist in setting processes to simplify the system. MIS Prepare daily, weekly monthly reports. Create MIS department reports as per management request Education Postgraduate / MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics / Import Export Experience Requirements 5 years years of experience in distribution planning, supply chain management. Handled multiple brands, products. Ability to multitask strong in coordination.
