Job description # Job Summary: Goal-oriented professional offering nearly a decade of end-to-end Logistics Operations / Procurement / Supply Chain Management expertise that directly results in efficiency improvements & cost savings # Key Responsibilities: Handling materials functions of in-house / suppliers of sheet metal parts & assembles Ensuring smooth production operations and establishing efficient stores management systems & waste reduction to avoid any maximum loss Ascertaining monthly, weekly & daily production plans as per the requirements of customers Scheduling deliveries of supplier parts in just in time basis and maintaining supplier parts inventory at optimum level Designing monthly MIS reports on delivery performance, cost reduction and schedule adherence • Preparing yearly & monthly sales plans & actual, maintaining the inventory & sales records and reporting the results to the management Creating daily dispatch plan based on customer production sequence and reporting the daily stock status to production and others. Delivering parts in JIT basis, handling sequential parts and feeding to customer assembly line as per the sequence Accountable for: Container specification reports & packaging data sheets for the products delivered to the customers Preservation of Finished goods & Semi Finished goods, ensuring the deliveries as per FIFO and maintaining the after sales records Designing, manufacturing & maintaining PALLETS for dispatching the assembled sheet metal body and chassis parts Imparting training to engineers towards the business & quality objectives Collaborating with Customer Care for AS parts production Knowledge in ERP/SAP # Skills: 1. Strong knowledge in Material Planning and Logistics. 2. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 3. Strong Communication skill with Customers and Suppliers. 4. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the automobile industry. 5.
