Job description Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and React. Implement and improve algorithms and data structures to enhance application performance. Utilize strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Develop and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Implement unit testing and acceptance test automation to ensure software reliability. Quickly learn and adapt to CI/CD pipeline processes. Stay updated with modern technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership. Lead architectural design processes to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. Define and enforce best practices for software development and architecture. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system capabilities and performance. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java and React. Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software analytics. AWS certification is preferred. Proficiency in Groovy, GoLand, Python, and Next.js. Familiarity with full-stack development and unit testing. Experience with acceptance test automation. Previous experience building CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience as a Lead Architect, with a strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices. You will report to a Senior Manager You are required to work from Hyderabad being it the workplace for Hybrid mode which is 2 days a week#LI-Onsite Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS or other relevant technologies. Experience with other modern development frameworks and tools. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
