Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SAP Head to lead our SAP transformation and operations across our pan india infrastructure projects. The role involves managing end-to-end SAP implementation, aligning digital solutions with business goals, and optimizing processes across procurement, project management, finance, HR, and supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities: SAP Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the SAP roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Lead the migration to S/4HANA, if applicable, and oversee system upgrades. Drive SAP adoption across core construction business processes: Project Systems (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), Finance (FICO), and HR. Required Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of SAP modules relevant to construction: PS, MM, SD, FICO, PM, HR/SuccessFactors. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP Activate Methodology. Understanding of construction industry workflows project costing, subcontracting, procurement cycles, asset lifecycle, etc. Proven success in large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programs. Strong leadership, vendor management, and communication skills. Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., PI/PO, BTP) and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud). Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor SAP teams (functional, technical, and support). Engage with CXOs, department heads, and end-users to ensure alignment and change management. Manage external vendors and SAP implementation partners. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or Masters in Information Systems.
