Job description Roles Responsibilities: Understand capture the training requirement of RD. Designing and developing training for RD in close collaboration with various subject matter experts. Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning. Support to develop new customized learning solutions. Identify, evaluate enroll new training agencies to cater the training need. Planning Execution of training as per TNI received. Vendor payment management. Miscellaneous activities (MIS, SOP preparation etc.). Required Skills: MS Office (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word etc..) Data management analysis Essential: B.E / B.
