Job description Education : B.E./B.Tech/M. Tech with distinction. Job Responsibility : Team Member or Team Leader for Measurement, Data Analysis, and counter-measure proposal for improving the Sound Quality and Customer experience of Driving: Capable of carrying out Noise and Vibration measurement. Analyzing the Sound Spectrum for Psychoacoustic Parameters like Roughness, Sharpness, Loudness, Articulation Index, Tonality etc. Capable of Performing Jury Evaluation and develop framework for subjective and objective data correlation. Collaborate with design, simulation, and product development teams to implement NVH optimization strategies during the product lifecycle based on Sound Quality inputs. Competency Requirements : Experience with sound quality analysis, including subjective/objective evaluations, using tools such as HEAD Acoustics or similar. Experience in NVH Test data analysis software like Siemens Test Lab, BK connect, BK Sonoscout, Muller BBM Pak, etc. Hands on experience on using measurement sensors - microphones, accelerometers, tacho sensors, CAN data loggers, Binaural Headset, Volume Velocity Sources, Data acquisition systems, etc. Expertise in using Jury Evaluation Software s Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, process automation, and machine learning model development is a plus. Team player, good analytical/ presentation skills decision-making skills. Future planning conceptualization thinking. Subordinate development motivational skills Specific Expertise : Mastery in recording, mixing, and masking noise techniques is crucial, and know-how of latest audio software and hardware innovations.
