Job description SMART LED INTERACTIVE FLAT PANEL / TV PRODUCTION LINE TECHNICIAN Input & Backlight Assembly, Open Cell & Diffusion sheets assembly, Mother & Power board assembly, Cable harnessing, Back cover screwing, Self-Sequencing, Floor 5S & 3R, ESD Management etc., Smart Led Interactive Flat Panel / Tv Production Line Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining Smart LED IFPS / TVs on a production line. They ensure the Product meet quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and may also assist with equipment maintenance. This role often involves hands-on work, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with other team members. Key Responsibilities: Assembly: Assemble Smart LED IFP / TVs according to production specifications and quality control standards. Testing: Conduct quality inspections and functional tests to ensure IFP / TVs meet performance requirements. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and quality defects. Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and tools used on the production line. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, repairs, and maintenance activities. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the production environment. Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve production goals. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronics, basic electrical principles, and assembly procedures. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to production, equipment, and quality. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in assembly and testing. Physical Dexterity: Ability to perform tasks requiring hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other production team members. Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Additional Notes: This role may require working in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods may be required. Some positions may require a high school diploma or equivalent, while others may require additional technical training or certifications i.e. ITI / B.TECH / Any Technical Training in the similar industry. Experience in electronics assembly or related fields can be beneficial.
