Job description What will you drive? Manage RC transfer processes efficiently. Conduct RTO visits and provide timely updates to internal teams regarding delayed cases. Demonstrate strong skills in system operations to streamline workflows. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge for data management and reporting. Who are we looking for? 1+ years of experience in Customer service/operations preferably from the Automobile Sector Basic understanding of RTO procedures. Comfortable using systems. Good communication skills. Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets. Must work from the office.
