Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.- Experience with application development frameworks and methodologies.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.- Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques to ensure application reliability.
