You will work on developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop software solutions.- Design, develop, and test software applications to ensure optimal performance.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes.- Experience with incident tracking tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.- Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.- Hands-on experience in incident resolution and escalation procedures. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Incident Management.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
