Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Provide solutions to business area problems.- Lead and mentor junior team members.- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP for Retail.- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other systems.- Expertise in developing and optimizing ABAP programs for performance.- Knowledge of SAP HANA database and data modeling.- Experience in implementing SAP solutions for retail industry. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
