Senior Associate - AEP Section

Job description JOB PURPOSE To ensure, processing and issuance of all types of Airport Entry Pass (AEPs) in compliance with the BCAS guidelines in coordination with the stakeholder & providing necessary guidance for getting the timely processing of AEPs at the IGI Airport. ORGANISATION CHART KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Registration of entities and their Authorized signatories to apply for TAEPs/BAEPs Guiding stakeholders in applying for TAEPs/AEP/BAEPs and submission /processing TAEP/BAEP applications of DIAL employees Scrutiny and verification of TAEP/AEP/BAEP applications of stakeholders Verification, uploading the Background check details with respect to Infra TAEPs/BAEP in CACS portal Forwarding Temporary AEP, Biometric AEP, Commercial AEPs applications for approval of AEP Committee and RD-BCAS office Scheduling / conducting Biometric enrollment of applicants Collection of Fees, issuance of invoices for issuance of TAEPs/BAEPs and maintaining record thereof Printing the Infra TAEPs /BAEPs (pasting of hologram etc).
