Job description Minimum 6 months of quality experience (SME profiles can also be considered) Strong understanding of quality analysis, sampling, SLAs, reporting Basic Excel skills, including presentation and graphs, will be an added advantage Rotational shifts with 2 weekly offs High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 suite/MS Office Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.
