Node Js Developer

Job description Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Node.js Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building scalable and efficient server-side applications using Node.js. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code Implement data storage solutions (e.g., databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) Troubleshoot and debug applications Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team planning Integrate third-party services and APIs Follow best practices for security and data protection Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Node.js Developer (typically 4+ years) Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify Good understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSockets Experience with version control tools like Git Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.) Understanding of unit and integration testing (Jest, Mocha, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of microservices architecture Familiarity with GraphQL Understanding of DevOps practices Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Role: Back End Developer Industry Type: BPM / BPO Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Node.Js NodeMongoDB
