Business Development Manager - Software/ERP

Job description The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate shall possess a strong passion for IT sales, along with a comprehensive understanding of SaaS-based solutions within the Education industry. Role & responsibilities Identify new business opportunities for DigitalEdu's enterprise solutions targeting universities and autonomous colleges. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions. Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, solution presentation, and negotiation to closing deals. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets by eff ectively managing the sales pipeline. Participate in relevant industry events and seminars to expand DigitalEdu's market presence. Provide market feedback to help refine DigitalEdu's products and services. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Familiarity with enterprise solutions, CRM tools, and sales forecasting.
