Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow client accounts in a dynamic media analytics environment. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver insights, and ensuring high-quality reporting and strategic support. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of tailored analytics solutions. Team Coordination: Supervise internal teams to ensure timely and accurate insights across performance, sentiment, and competitor analysis. Reporting & Dashboards: Oversee the creation of insightful reports and dashboards, helping clients make data-driven decisions. Strategy Support: Provide strategic guidance based on insights, helping clients optimize media strategies. Process & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications & Skills: 3-5 years of experience in client management or media analytics. Strong understanding of media performance tracking and analytics. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with data dashboards and reporting tools is a plus.
