Java Architect

Job description Roles & responsibilities: Lead the technical design and architecture of platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, patterns, and technical documentation for platform components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and design appropriate solutions Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for platform improvements Guide development teams in implementing architectural decisions and best practices Establish technical standards, guidelines, and quality metrics for platform development Design and oversee integration patterns between platform components and external systems Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership in problem-solving Partner with security teams to ensure platform solutions meet security requirements Mentor technical team members and contribute to their professional development Mandatory Skills: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot . Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka or ActiveMQ to build robust messaging systems. Work with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra , ElasticSearch , or Neo4J to design data models and optimize for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain SQL database structures, specifically PostgreSQL , ensuring high availability, consistency, and performance. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define technical requirements and design effective solutions. Ensure the implementation of best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, including CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to system performance, messaging, or database interactions. Mentor junior developers and guide them in adopting best practices. Write clear, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to industry standards. Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies and incorporate them into solutions when applicable.
