Job description ADVIKA TRANSLATIONS is looking for Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Provide guidance and assistance to clients in obtaining visas for international travel. Keep up-to-date with immigration laws and regulations. Evaluate client eligibility for different types of visas and advise clients on the best options. Prepare and review visa applications and ensure all necessary documents are submitted. Liaise with consular officers and immigration officials to resolve any issues that arise during the visa application process. Ensure all client information is kept confidential. Manage multiple clients and deadlines. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Keep accurate records of client interactions and visa applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
