Mis Executive ( Urgent Hiring)

Job description Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring the smooth flow of management information. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for various departments. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure correctness. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. Support management with data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Maintain and update internal databases, records, and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in an MIS/Data Analyst role. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Working knowledge of SQL and database management. Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
