Job description Accounts Executive Job Description Position: Accounts Executive Department: Finance Location: Karol Bagh- New Delhi Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record and update financial transactions in ledgers and journals. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory taxes in compliance with Indian tax laws. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com) or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an accounting role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel. Knowledge: Understanding of Indian accounting standards GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate financial record-keeping.
