Location- 2 Opening- West Delhi, 2 Opening- South Delhi 1 Opening- East Delhi Key Responsibilities:- • Sales Execution: Actively identify, target, and convert potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets. o Promote and sell paint products, through direct customer interactions. • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications and benefits effectively. Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate and timely records Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance Qualifications and Skills • Education: o Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Skills and Competencies: o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market. o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
