Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in blockchain development. 2. Strong programming skills in languages like Solidity, JavaScript, or Go. 3. Experience with blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.). 4. Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment. 5. Understanding of blockchain security and scalability. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with decentralized applications (dApps). 2. Familiarity with blockchain frameworks (Truffle, Web3.js, etc.). 3.
