Job description Job Title Corporate Mobility Associate, 12 ( Associate) + CS&S Management Level :12, associate Location:Bangalore/ Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Chennai Must have skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal English Good to have skills:have knowledge on Vendor operations, customer service, policy implementation, compliance management. Job Summary: Support the delivery of corporate travel operational services across multiple travel suppliers. Includes customer service, policy implementation, compliance management, operational supplier relationships, safety and security program. Operate in an agile, innovative and truly human way, reflecting a customer-centric and operationally effective approach. This includes consistently delivering exceptional customer service by fostering an environment of hospitality for clients, customers and colleagues. Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure High quality & Timely Responses as per guidelines. Promptly flag factors disrupting operations. Promptly raise attention to management matters that may need to be adressed, customer complaints and issues. Adhere to pre-defined processes. Comply with processes, apply pre-defined methodologies and guidelines. Follow pre-defined guidelines to communicate with customers on policies relevant to their travel. Demonstrate knowledge of processes and related systems Work well with other countries and regions. Take opportunity to share ideas on possible solutions to services delivered to users. Take the steps as directed, to participate in the implementation of programs, services, changes. Professional & Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond effectively in a business setting. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to changing team needs.
