Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the application meets the required standards and functions effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall development process and ensuring that the applications are robust and user-friendly. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance the quality of the software being developed. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization.- Experience with database management and administration.- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies.- Knowledge of system security protocols and best practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
