Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes, and guiding your team through challenges to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with system integration and data management processes.- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
