Job Overview: As a Fullstack Developer/Tech Lead at BimaKavach, you will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and development of both our user-facing applications and robust backend services. You will lead by example, writing high-quality code, conducting thorough code reviews, and mentoring junior to mid-level developers. This role requires a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, and a passion for driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js and Next.js, leveraging Redux for state management. Develop and deploy scalable and resilient backend services using Node.js and Nest.js. Work extensively with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and management. Manage infrastructure and deployments on AWS EC2, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Lead technical discussions, define architectural patterns, and make critical technology choices for full-stack applications. Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth and problem-solving abilities. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Identify and implement performance optimizations, security enhancements, and system improvements across the entire application stack. (Good to have): Experience with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda/Google Cloud Functions. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio. Expertise in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and Redux. Strong proficiency in backend technologies: Node.js and Nest.js. In-depth experience with PostgreSQL for database design and optimization. Proven experience with AWS EC2 for deployment and infrastructure management. Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives. (Good to have): Experience with AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions.
