Job description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide legal support and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will offer sound legal advice to the company s management and departments, assist in minimizing legal risks, and represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters affecting the business. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure company compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, liaising with external counsel when needed. Conduct legal research and keep the company informed about legal developments relevant to its operations. Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings and regulatory filings. Support in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Advise on employment law matters, intellectual property rights, and data protection issues. Review and update company policies and procedures in accordance with legal standards. Educate and train employees on legal and compliance issues. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD); Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Bar admission) is a plus. Proven experience (X+ years) as a legal advisor, legal counsel, or similar role. Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. High ethical standards and professionalism. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with international legal frameworks Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
