Job description JOB ROLE: HR MANAGER Minimum experience required in HR Role(specific):3-5 years Gender: male only. Age:27-35 Education qualification: nil Required skills: Must have experience in end to end recruitment process. Must have experience in recruiting entry level to senior level staff. Must have hired employees using job portals such as linkedin, naukri.com , apna etc. Must be efficient in understanding English language, English typing,letter drafting. Roles and responsibilities: Formulation and implementation policy, system, procedure and documentation. Recruit, train, hire , retain staff. Make salary slip, must have knowledge of ESIC and PF compliance enrollment and claim. Must be comfortable for field work such as bank visit, site visit in case. In-hand Salary per month:s Office location:101 first floor modi mansion, infornt of Bombay hospital square,Indore(M.P.) Permanent resident of Indore is preffered.
