Job description Position Title: Regional Manager-Credit (Used Commercial Vehicle) Location : Bhopal Job Responsibilities: Responsible for branch recruitment. Proving training time on time to branch credit & upgrading to them and providing feedback to HO. Responsible for branch credit work & process & all over TAT. Doing PD / site visit on cases providing feedback and recommendation. To providing suggestion on policy and process time on time. Maintaining MIS of branch / regional credit. Interact closely with others function i.e. sales/operation/collection/policy / products etc. Close monitoring on nonstarters bounce trends knowing channels and theirs sourcing patterns. Ensuring regularization of PDD, operation, credit and other docs and close monitoring of the same and updated within acceptable timeline. Proving local Market feedback for product time on time. Highlighting the areas of business opportunities and extend support to the business units on the same. Monitoring all channels and identifying good and bad channels and as per sourcing and delinquency trends, ensuring remedial measures and actions on bad channels involving the sourcing channels. Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by head office and regulatory compliance for the region.
