Civil Project Incharge/Manager

Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Supervise and manage all civil construction activities on-site. 2. Ensure the project is executed as per design, specifications, and schedule. 3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors. 4. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on work status 5. Manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently. 6. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 7. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly. 8. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety protocols. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project supervision or execution. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech) Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction methods, and site management. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
