Job description Role & responsibilities EFL is expanding its business of property backed loans, position is expected to have presence in the field & monitor overall business. Ensure team availability of the team at all prescribed geographies to run smooth business. It will also include while maintain the quality of portfolio. Overall supervision and monitoring of business LAP/Mortgage. Spearheading Regions performance and market share growth, ensuring the team meets sales targets. Managing loan conversion, sanction ratios, and overseeing team productivity. Conducting product training and coordinating with cross-functional departments. Staying updated on market trends, recommending policy changes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Maximizing sales opportunities by establishing alliances, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Formulating end-to-end sales solutions, streamlining operations, contributing to long-term growth objectives of the corporate entity. Responsible for overdue collections, revenue generation, and managing the regional sales budget. Facilitating & ensuring effective recovery of all NPA accounts. Providing consistent service within TAT/benchmarks established for Branches/Region. Achieving individual & Region goals; supporting the improvement of new business & retention of customers to achieve operational goals & key performance indicators while keeping in view the profitability.
