Job description Executing of Dispatch and Logistics Plan for as per the business plan. Ensuring Safe and timely delivery of finished goods. Supporting in achieving desired daily and monthly dispatch targets as per ABP. Maintaining records and documentations required for dispatch of materials and maintaining the same in documentation. NA Responsible for overall Budgeting, MIS Reporting activities for WDIPL. Preparing the financial business plans as well as monitoring the organizations performance as per the plan. Ensuring timely data updation in SAP. Achievement of targets given by management from time to time Indentify new vendors for and bring them to negotiation. Ensuring timely bill passing of vendors Arrange to get quotations and comparisons to get it approved for HOD logistics for long term contracts. Issue of contract to vendors before start of loading and unloading. Ensure timely dispatch of the finished goods. Plan and execute dispatch and yard management activities by coordinating with other department/function. Effective utilization of resources including manpower to achieve the targets as per planning. Ensure Export dispatch with proper packing and marking as per the sales order.
