Minimum 3 years' experience with activity or work sampling techniques and relevant statistical methods. Minimum 3 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry. d) Has the potential to develop up to a Cost Estimator /Engineer position for large projects. Review of proposed "Star Rates" on description and validation. Providing all type of measurements or valuations of Direct costs in Cost Estimates at all phases in the ORP development process. Single focal point responsible for all Quantity Surveying issues at Interior. Final account orientation. e) Good interpersonal and communication skills Shall be able to continuously interact with Company Construction and QS teams.
