To expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with proven experience in healthcare marketing. Job Description / Responsibilities: Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, digital promotions, outdoor media, and advertising. Build strong relationships with doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and referral partners. Organize health camps, CMEs, workshops, and community outreach programs. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and recommend innovative marketing approaches. Work closely with hospital management to set targets, budgets, and marketing KPIs. Manage the hospitals online presence, social media, website, and SEO efforts. Prepare regular reports on marketing ROI, lead generation, and brand performance. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or related field. 4–7 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or similar industry. Strong network with doctors, corporate clients, and referral networks. Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to lead a team, work under pressure, and achieve business targets. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred. Salary: Attractive, as per industry standards and experience.
