Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the company s IT infrastructure and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. IT Support Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain systems across Windows, Mac, and Linux Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end-users Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions Ensure IT security: antivirus, firewalls, data backups Maintain software license records and renewals Support biometric and CCTV systems (basic troubleshooting and coordination) Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers Administrative Support Duties Ensure high availability of IT systems and services Manage laptops, desktops, network infrastructure, and VPN access Implement and monitor backup disaster recovery solutions Track and maintain all physical IT assets Conduct quarterly IT asset audits Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping Support HR/Finance with onboarding and asset management Manage vendor relationships (e.g., rental desktops, ILL services) Travel within India (occasionally on weekends) for AV setup at company events Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 1-2 years of IT support/administrative experience Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft tools and basic networking Role: System Administrator / Engineer Industry Type: E-Learning / EdTech Department: Engineering - Hardware & Networks Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: IT Network Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills Computer scienceLinuxNetworkingVPNDisaster recoveryAntivirusWindowsAsset managementmicrosoftCCTV
