Service Engineer

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Provide after-sales service support to customers for medical equipment such as C-Arm, CT, MRI, X-ray machines, and other radiology equipment. Troubleshoot issues with installed base stations and resolve technical problems efficiently. Conduct site visits to diagnose faults and perform repairs or maintenance on customer premises. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction levels. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field (after sales service). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently at customer sites.
