Service Engineer

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Provide after sales service support to customers for Radiology equipment such as X-ray, C-arm, CT scan, MRI & Cath lab machines. Troubleshoot and repair complex issues related to medical imaging devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product reliability. Conduct site visits to install new equipment and provide training to customers on its operation and maintenance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field (after sales service). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of radiology equipment including X-ray, C-arm, CT scan, MRI & Cath lab machines. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
