Job description Role & responsibilities Timely resolution of Technical Support Issues via email/ on call Administration of Active Directories & Solutions like Office 365 Setting up of networks and establishing DNS & DHCP servers Installation of Client VPN and Support Installation of Application and Software Support Installation of Local/ Network Printer and Support Routine Data Backup and Downtime Management Trouble Shooting of Hardware and Software issues for Desktop, Servers and Network Infrastructure Virtualization: Creation of Multiple Instances and their management using Hyper-V, VMware and Microsoft Manage Connectwise Automate Preferred candidate profile Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal skills in English Ability to work in flexible shifts and solve complex problems Prior experience working with AWS, Azure, Hyper-V, Linux, Windows server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016 server, 2019 Server and Windows 7 & 10 Previous established knowledge of SSL, Domains LABTECH Connect wise monitoring tool is an asset At least 2 years work experience with Virtualization Platforms like VMware & Hyper-V Effective team player who can work in a collaborative & ever-changing environment Should have worked on international projects Education and/or Training Bachelor/ masters degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science (Recommended) Possession of CCNA/CCNP certification will be an asset.
